5 ELEMENTS INITIATION
This is a ceremony working with the 5 elements, to connect with nature inside and outside of yourself, release the old and welcome the new. To come into greater alignment with your true self and what you wish to transform within yourself, to assist you on our journey of life. It is an initiation process, to awaken your being through a multi-sensual experience and emerge with a feeling of being renewed.
EARTH – Cacao, pure ceremonial grade cacao for heart opening and grounding to welcome in the process of the evening ceremony and come into deeper presence with ourselves.
AIR – Singing and sharing to express and liberate our voice. Then deep breath as we dive into the cool waters to come deeper into connection with the body.
FIRE – Light, flames and warmth of the sacred fire. We offer objects to burn in the flames, to transform old energies, releasing from our ‘old’ life and ways of being that no longer serve us.
WATER - Immerse yourself in the pure cool waters of the natural pool. Surrender, cleanse, then emerge to be met with a warm herbal bath to bless and ground your body with love and gratitude.
ETHER – Each of the 4 elements is a step towards welcoming a greater version of yourself and your inner shine. Welcome the wisdom of your soul, your unique path, invoke and celebrate yourself.

A special ceremonial event for women only
JOIN US - BUY YOUR TICKET HEREBRING
- One item you wish to burn in the fire. This is your offering for transformation. Choose an item that represents what you wish to let go of and release. (Please no items that are toxic when burned).
- Herbs / flowers to offer into the fire and/or herbal bath.
- Towel
- Warm clothes. We will be outside in a partially covered hut next to the fire and swimming pool. The event will take place no matter what the weather is like, so come prepared to be comfortable in cold weather and so you can be warm after going in the cold water.
- Cushion and blanket
- Flask of hot tea filled with your favourite hot tea, and a cup to drink from.
- Optional * Musical instrument – drum / flute etc. to share a song
- Optional * Hot water bottle (already filled with hot water – we will not be filling with hot water at the event)
NOTES
- In coming to this event you agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing at all times. Do not come to the event if you are ill or feel that getting into the cold water or being outside is not good for you.
- Ask if an overnight stay is desired. There may be a possibility for camping with very basic facilities on the land, or parking a campervan.
