MEET HAZEL GOLDEN

Visionary Artist • Oracle Creatrix • Seer • Priestess

An extraordinary life. A visionary body of work. An ongoing exploration of what it means to be human.

Hazel Golden is a visionary artist, oracle creatrix and seer whose work explores the meeting point of art, ancient wisdom, love and the evolution of consciousness.

Holding a degree in Contemporary Art and a Master's in Illustration and Performance Art, Hazel brings together formal artistic training, multidisciplinary creative practice and more than three decades of esoteric and spiritual exploration.

Her work moves between the visible and the unseen, the personal and the archetypal, the ancient and the emerging. Through visionary art, storytelling, writing, sacred ceremony and the Soul Prophecy Oracle, she creates encounters with the mysteries of existence and the transformative possibilities of being alive.

For Hazel, art is not simply a form of expression. It is a way of seeing, knowing and discovering what life is capable of becoming.

AN ARTIST WHO WALKS BETWEEN WORLDS

Hazel's artistic journey has never been confined to a single medium or discipline.

As co-founder and director of Valise Noire Storytelling Theatre, she developed interdisciplinary projects supported by major arts venues and the Heritage Lottery Fund, working across performance, storytelling and the visual arts. Her practice has also encompassed artist residencies, collaborations, mentoring and exhibitions.

Alongside this professional foundation, a parallel journey has taken her deep into esoteric philosophy, shamanic teachings, sacred initiation, mythology and the embodied wisdom of the feminine.

For decades, she has explored how art can become a meeting place between inner experience and the wider mysteries of life, how image, symbol, story and ceremony can reveal dimensions of ourselves that ordinary language cannot always reach.

Her work is both deeply personal and universal in its questions:

What does it mean to live authentically? How do we transform our experiences into wisdom? What becomes possible when love, creativity and consciousness begin to reshape the way we inhabit the world?

These questions are not merely subjects of her work.

They are the territory she has spent her life exploring.

THE SOUL PROPHECY ORACLE

Fourteen years of visionary creation

At the heart of Hazel's practice is the Soul Prophecy Oracle; an original body of 72 cards combining visionary artwork, symbolic imagery and channelled wisdom.

Developed over more than fourteen years, the Oracle emerged through an extraordinary period of artistic and personal evolution. Its imagery grew through encounters with archetypes, sacred symbolism, the mysteries of life, death and rebirth, and the evolving relationship between the feminine and masculine.

The work was not conceived simply as a deck of cards. It developed as a living artistic inquiry: a way of exploring consciousness through image, intuition, embodied experience and the stories of the people whose portraits and wisdom became part of its creation.

The result is an invitation to encounter the Oracle as both artwork and instrument of reflection; a visual language through which questions of identity, love, transformation and purpose can be explored in deeply personal ways.

It does not simply ask what the future holds. It asks what is ready to emerge through you now.

Through private readings, Hazel brings the Oracle into direct encounter with those seeking insight, perspective or a deeper connection with their own unfolding lives.

The Oracle is a defining expression of her vision: art that invites participation, symbolism that opens inquiry, and creativity that reaches beyond the canvas into lived experience.

A LIFE SHAPED BY TRANSFORMATION

Some of the most significant work an artist creates begins long before the artwork itself.

Hazel's own life has taken her through profound upheaval, heartbreak, loss, spiritual questioning and the reconstruction of a life on her own terms. These experiences challenged her understanding of identity, love, sovereignty and what it means to remain open to life when the future is uncertain.

Rather than leaving these experiences outside her artistic practice, she brought them into it.

The result was an increasingly intimate relationship between art and life: an exploration of how difficult thresholds can become sites of discovery, how the familiar can fall away to reveal new possibilities, and how creativity can offer a way to give form to experiences that might otherwise remain unspoken.

Her shamanic studies, sacred initiations and explorations of archetypal wisdom became part of this wider inquiry, informing a practice grounded in direct experience, intuition, symbolism and the continual evolution of understanding.

Hazel does not approach transformation as a polished theory detached from life.

She approaches it as an artist who has made the journey itself part of her work.

This is one reason her practice extends beyond conventional artistic categories. Her work invites people not only to observe transformation, but to consider their own lives, relationships, creativity and possibilities through a different lens.

ART AS A WAY OF LIVING

For Hazel, the distinction between art and life has never been absolute.

An artwork can hold a story. A story can become a threshold. A ceremony can alter the way a moment is experienced. An image can open a question that stays with us long after we have encountered it.

This philosophy informs everything she creates, from original visionary paintings and the Soul Prophecy Oracle to storytelling, writing, private readings and sacred experiences.

Her work explores love as a force of creation, sovereignty as the practice of living in alignment with one's deeper truth, and the feminine as a source of creativity, wisdom and embodied intelligence.

It is an invitation to approach life with greater curiosity, imagination and conscious participation.

Not to escape the human experience, but to enter it more fully.

Not to become an idealised version of yourself, but to discover what is possible when you begin to live and create from a deeper place of knowing.

YOUR LIFE IS THE ART.

ENTER THE WORLD OF HAZEL GOLDEN

Today, Hazel continues to develop her artistic practice and share her work through visionary art, the Soul Prophecy Oracle, readings, writing, storytelling and ceremony.

Her work speaks to collectors drawn to art with depth and meaning, to seekers exploring the mysteries of consciousness, and to those standing at a threshold in their own lives.

You may arrive through an image that holds your attention, a message that resonates, a story that opens something unexpected, or a question you have been carrying for years.

However you encounter the work, the invitation is to look again; at art, at life, and at the possibilities that have yet to take shape.

Discover the art. Experience the Oracle. Enter the mystery.
