Violation of Privacy statement?

Ok, so I have a personal dispute with an employee of a local car dealership. To make a long story short he thinks I owe him money from a place I used to rent from him, and I dont, even the court said so, so he’s pissed. He confrounts me everytime I see him in public (small town) and I even changed my phone number to stop the calls. The car dealership is owned by his Grandfather. A few weeks back I did an online application for a car loan/quote from the dealership. I know it wasnt the best idea but it’s a rural area and there arent really any others. It clearly stated in the dealer’s online website privacy statement that any personal info I gave (phone numbers, address, email addy, ect) would ONLY be used for the purpose of getting me a loan/quote. It also states that no employee of the dealership is allowed to use my personal info for their own personal use. So, i filled that out a few weeks ago and a couple days ago I get an email from this guy. Then phone calls. He even admitted to me that he got my info from that application. This is clearly a violation of the dealerships privacy policy and a violation of my privacy period. I am very upset about this. I have called the police to report the harrassment but they said to just start keeping emails or whatever and let them know if it continues. I also called the owner of the dealership, but since he is the guy’s grandfather I doubt he will do anything. Has anyone had experine with a company breaking your privacy rights? I do not think the dealership should get away with it. What should I do? What am I compensated to? ( and no Im not looking for a way to weasel money out of anyone or anythig like that). I did file a complaint with the better business bureau today online but that will take a few days to go through. Any advice or ideas will be much appreaciated. Thank you
in response to the second answer down, I realise that it’s not a "contract" but privacy policies are supposed to be there for a reason…if companies can get away with that..why even bother having the privacy policy in the first place? Also, does anyone know of a good lawyer for something like this? I live in Vermont
also, got another email at about 10 am this morning from this guy saying that he’ll see to it that i never get a car loan from anyone (i know he cant do that, but still)…also he said in the email that he knows where i live so watch it

What happens when you get sentenced?
Does your money stop coming? Is the account frozen?

I want to know that if when you get out, will that money still be there?

If he really wanted privacy he would not be doing a million commercials and doing tv interviews that promote himself not golf. If financial is not your main concern, what will you do in your life?

Most of the people in the world working for someone else for getting a fix income to support for their monthly expenses. From the research, most of employee work on something that they don’t really enjoy of it. In order to survive, they have to work under stress on something they don’t really like for for 5 days a week, 8/9 hours per day.
I always interested to know how most of the people think about the above question. Just imagine financial is not your concern. You got your basic need without worrying about paying for it. Money will come to you every month without working for anyone. You totally free from any debt. You reach financial freedom. Money no longer a concern for you.
What will you do in your life? Relax? Contribution? Knowledge? Learning? Or ???

The army financial mystery ?

Everyone says that army is no way for financial freedom and success. I want to know why people say this, I am a college grad and the only jobs out here pay between 30k and 40k starting off, and ur lucky if u get benefits i.e. 401k and healthcare. Ive looked at the annual salary charts for officers and they go from 37k to 80k in the first 4 yrs with promotions. You get benefits, and u can retire in 20yrs, not including the re-up bonuses.
Also when I look at the top paying jobs military jobs are never included and I know Majors to Brig Generals gross every bit of 80k -100k.
Ive served 4 and a half yrs in the reserve and from my perspective soldiers make pretty good money, its just they act childish and spend thier money like its going out of style i.e. cars, strip clubs, bars. so they have the perseption that they are broke. So how come I get the perseption that If I go active army Im going to be broke, or living a financialy mediocor life?

Is it possible to do network marketing online without having to actually speak to people over the phone?

I love Melaleuca products and would like to join the company as a rep to make money and also because I feel passionate about there products, however I am not keen on network marketing the old fashioned way by prospecting people that aren’t looking for an opportunity. Is there any way the build a sucessful online business by using a website that creates free leads and is fully optimized ( this I don’t know how to do currently, but also really want to learn!) If so how and where would I go from there? I am new to Internet Marketing, but I really want to learn it and market a product that I love. Is a Nissan 350Z a good car for a teen?

I’m currently looking to buy a Nissan 350z. I’m just wondering is it worth buying? I’ve heard some complaints about the tire wearing and the room space for tall people and the blind spots, but those seem to be the main problems. I’m also going to be a senior in high school soon so I’m just looking for a good car to enjoy my last days at school and going on to college.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m satisfied with my life right now and the current car I have right now (2002 Ford focus) Although my car has had many mechanical problems(over 00 in fixing) But I also believe in living life to the fullest, having fun with things such as sports cars while were still here on this earth. Should I work my way through college or work my way to college?

I have the choice of taking a year to work, save up some money and be a little bit better off when going to college or getting started on college now and have to work. The first option makes for a bit more financial freedom, whereas the second would seem to provide a bit more social contact. I’m not quite sure which way to go.
