How is it that one person has the right to invade anothers privacy uninvited?

I must admit I have a very bad set of circumstances here in Kalamazoo, MI but the merrciless stalking and privacy violation is inhuman! My every utterance is often played upon, even a whisper in my bathroom to my cat am I tormented with. these invasionary puke minded abusers seem to be sensitive to my disagreement with most peoples especially how minoritys abuse the crap out me. I am a 4th generation white Irish, german polish catholic who is completely disinterested in dating…any minority. basically I tried it and don’t just not like it I Hate it and have deemed them ,unless absolutely necessary ,a complete waste of my time…call it older & wiser or what ever thank god we live in america where we are supposed to be allowed personal choices..This repulsive invasionary privacy violation which involves serious punishing for the dislike of anything chosen to be disliked is beyond absurd, diobolical & above all is highly illegal! What on earth can a woman do about such cruel torture?
I writing more because of an abusive idiot named MIKE (just read below).. I’m experiencing new crime, probably. I live in a town that is a homeland security base and the cops have been messing me over for a long, long time, as it turns out. Real help need only respod not idiots like mike…
I’m writing some more because of "make it right", perhaps she "dosen’t get it" The cops are the problem in the fact that they refuse to do their jobs! They turn the law off and on like hot & cold running water! There are dozens of reports of abuse (rape, assault, felonys to my cars…) the cops do nothing! GET IT?
The cops are actually responsible for most of the crap that has happened to me BECAUSE they have refused to do their jobs for 20 years in my situation BECAUSE justice is SOCIAL! i JUST DID NOT KNOW UNTILL MY LIFE WAS COMPLETELY DESTROYEED i NOW i CAN’T GET OUT!tHERE MUST BE A BETTER PLACE TO LIVE FOR SOMEONE WHO VALUES FREEDOM & PRIVACY, BUT WHERE?

Can school demand personal medical information on my son, and refuse to let him attend if not provided?

We are required to have a pre-sixth grade physical. This was completed, and the required form completed by the MD. However, I submitted the form without the blood pressure, pulse, ht and wt, since that is personal medical information. (It was normal). The MD checked the box that says "no restrictions."
The school has just told my son today he cannot attend school tomorrow because the form was incomplete. The principle quoted "FERPA" but would not provide written documentation of the law stating we MUST comply with providing the PMI. I have phone calls into numerous departments trying to find an answer to this. No response from any. The HIPAA office does not answer, either. The people in the school "nurse’s" office are not nurses. They are not bound by HIPAA. What happened to our right to privacy?

I mean, would I get a discount on either bill if I also subscribed to their wireless service? My Sprint cell phone service terminates on August 5th and I am wondering if I could save any money by starting a new contract with Verizon. As I stated above, I subscribe to ther "triple freedom package" which includes, home phone services (both local & long distance), DirectTV service (via Verizon) and high-speed internet service. THANK YOU!!!

even though she is also earning like him.She is not allowed to contact independantly any of her friends ,collegues,even relatives.Whatever she need,he will not give this after begging for a long time.Except physical assault,she suffering all kind of abusing,insulting & depersonalisations.In the marriage life of 14y she has a baby.Now at her age of 33y what is the best way in front of her to improve the quality of life.Please help……..

Why do people continue to use facebook, knowing that they sell your personal information?

Facebook recently changed their privacy policy, giving themselves legal right to not only sell all your information and pictures to anyone they want; But also keep your information and continue to use and sell it, even after you delete your account.
Even before this policy was made, I had a facebook page for about two weeks one of the first years it came out. When I canceled my account I checked to make sure it had been taken down, and it was still up. I e-mailed them and they would not take it down. I had to actually call their customer service center and was on the phone with a bunch of different people before I was finally have my information permanently deleted.
I am just curious as to why people continue to support these bastards, knowing full well about their blatant violations of personal privacy rights?

This is an article from the New York Times that explains in detail the difficulties and traps I am talking about. People such as Lucas M who are quick to defend facebook may want to read this before posting.
