Personal Privacy Rights

How to Find Freedom

Civil liberties and personal freedoms continue to erode at an alarming rate. Many are finding that taking personal action is very necessary to protect personal privacy. Learning to protect your personal privacy is integral to  financial security , and something that should be done sooner tha later. Like the old addage says, “You don’t appreciate what you have until you lose it”.

Government always seeks more authority and control, and far too many individuals do not question the motives behind Real ID and a society of pervasive surveillance and police powers. The concept behind these different levels of privacy were first described by J.J. Luna in his book, "How to Be Invisible: A Step-By-Step Guide To Protecting Your Assets, Your Identity, And Your Life"

Level 1: Your telephone number is unlisted and your permanent mailing address is not connected to your actual residential address. You may not even have a hard line telephone, but have opted to rely on the mobility and convenience of one or more cellular phones. You now have more privacy than 98% of the general public.

Level 2:
Your utilities and telephone numbers are enabled by nominee accounts and security deposits. Your license plates and vehicle registrations do not reveal your legal name or true residential address. You are guarded about giving out your SSN (Social Security Number) and DOB (Date of Birth). Your legal name and true residential address are not criss-crossed in directories, mailing lists, or computer data bases. You shred all of your mail and monitor your trash before discarding it at home and at the office.

Level 3: Your private residence and other real and personal property is either owned or controlled by trusts and other asset protection business entities. Your vehicles are either owned by a trust or Limited Liability Company. Your banking and business affairs are effected by your attorney or trusted associates at your instruction and discretion. You no longer answer your door to strangers. You travel using a legal variation of your name.

Level 4: You go about your business and don’t draw attention to yourself or your actions. Only close friends and business associates know of your whereabouts as you enjoy your travels around the globe. You magazine and newsletter subscriptions are not in your name. You have cut all ties with clubs and quasi legal organizations. You will never work as an employee again. You may have dual citizenship, and even new and legal alternative ID. You now are a sovereign individual.

These conceptual levels of privacy are in large part taken from J.J. Luna as described in his book, "How to Be Invisible: A Step-By-Step Guide To Protecting Your Assets, Your Identity, And Your Life " (still worth a reading if you can find a copy).

The first action item to take for privacy was wriiten about at “Protect Your Personal Privacy”. You can start your own  sovereign journey at any time by clicking any of the many links found on this website.
